1.1 All orders are made-to-order and require a processing time of 3 to 4 weeks before shipping. 

1.2 Processing times for custom-made orders may vary depending on the complexity of the order.

1.3 You may request to expedite your order subject to additional charges. We reserve the right to approve or decline any expedition requests.

2.1 We offer Standard and Express shipping options.

2.2 Shipping costs of sending your order to you are calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

3.1 Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are: 
Domestic: 3 to 14 business days 
International: 7 to 14 business days
